refunds

all sales are final. due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products in which a refund can be initiated. please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. please email us at help@nicolerizk.com to initiate a return. 

while we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. if you received a damaged or defective product, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at help@nicolerizk.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the order number or packing slip.

all items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (ensure you receive tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. cnce the returned products have arrived at our studio, upon inspection and approval, the refund will be initiated via store credit or returned via original payment method.

we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
