Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products in which a refund can be initiated. We cannot refund the fees from shipping. Please email us at help@nicolerizk.com to initiate a return. 

My product is damaged. What should I do?
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you received a damaged or defective product, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at help@nicolerizk.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the order number or packing slip.
